At Young Talent Swim School we are very selective with the instructors that join us. Across both our Edinburgh and Stirling venues we are a small team of under 10 instructors, all with the necessary qualities and attributes to be great swimming teachers.
We look for instructors with competitive swimming backgrounds, as well as experience teaching swimmers with Learning, Behavioural & Medical difficulties.
Our team provides unique opportunities for swimmers that are not yet confident or able to swim through our high quality swimming lessons. The private setting (1-1 or 2-1) that we provide is a perfect environment for this!
