1. Click ‘Log In’ on the left-hand side of the screen. If you don’t already have an account, select ‘Create an Account’.

If you are creating a new account, you will receive an email asking you to complete your full registration before you can make bookings.

  1. Select the ‘Book Sessions’ tab to view all of our available lane swimming and family swimming sessions. Sessions are available to book up to 2 weeks in advance. If a session is full, you can join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically booked onto the session, followed by the next person if another space becomes available.

  2. If you would like a membership, click ‘Buy’ and then ‘Memberships’ to choose the option that suits you best. A membership allows you to book unlimited lane swimming and family swimming sessions.

Please ensure you enable communications when purchasing your membership, as this allows us to notify you of any last-minute changes or cancellations.

  1. If you would prefer not to purchase a membership, simply click ‘Book Sessions’, select your preferred session, and choose the appropriate package. You can either purchase:
  • A 10 Session Bundle, or
  • A Pay As You Go (PAYG) session
  1. If you purchase a 10 Session Bundle, you will receive 10 session credits. After booking your first session, you will have 9 remaining credits to use on future bookings.

  2. We also offer a Family Ticket for our family swimming sessions.

  3. Prefer using your phone? We also have a simple app that lets you do everything above. Simply download the app, select Kilgraston Swimming Pool, and you’re ready to book.

  1. All bookings and payments must be made online before attending. Unfortunately, bookings and payments cannot be completed in person at the pool.

  2. 10 Session Bundle & PAYG: If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking via your online portal at least 4 hours before the session. You will receive a credit which will then remain valid for 12 months.

  3. Memberships: Please cancel any session you cannot attend at least 4 hours before it starts. After 4 late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to apply a temporary booking restriction or cancel your membership.

Before your first visit, you will receive an email containing our pool rules. These will also be displayed at the entrance to the changing rooms for your reference.
