Our Story & Team
Welcome to Young Talent Swim School
Founded on a passion for aquatic excellence and safety, we provide high-quality swimming lessons and water activities across various pools in Central Scotland, with Kilgraston School in Bridge of Earn serving as our flagship home venue.
Our mission is simple: to nurture confident, capable, and safe swimmers through structured, engaging, and supportive coaching.
Our Story
Young Talent Swim School was established to deliver progressive, pupil-centred swimming tuition for learners of all ages and abilities. From small beginnings, our school has grown to deliver expert tuition across multiple partner venues in Edinburgh, Stirling, Clackmannanshire, and Perthshire.
At the heart of our operations is our flagship hub at Kilgraston. Featuring a modern 25m indoor heated pool and state-of-the-art facilities, Kilgraston allows us to offer an expanded range of services – from our core Learn to Swim lessons to recreational swimming, school holiday fast-track courses, private pool hire and different training courses.
Whether a child is taking their very first splash or an adult swimmer is refining their stroke technique, we believe every individual deserves a positive, rewarding experience in the water.
Why Choose Young Talent Swim School?
- The YTSS Learning Pathway: A structured, badge-based curriculum designed to build technique, endurance, and water safety step by step.
- Small Class Sizes: Low teacher-to-pupil ratios ensure every swimmer receives dedicated feedback and personal attention.
- Fully Qualified Instructors: Our teaching team holds recognised Swim England or Scottish Swimming qualifications, alongside up-to-date safeguarding and first aid certification.
- Premium Venues: High-specification pools offering warm water temperatures, clean facilities, and welcoming environments.
- Comprehensive Offerings: Beyond weekly group lessons, we provide 1-to-1 coaching, holiday intensive courses, lane swimming, and private venue hire.
